Travel
Travel is calculated using the one-way driving distance from the Plushie service base to your event address. Tolls, paid parking, venue loading fees and required permits are additional.
- 0–20 miles: Included
- 21–35 miles: $45
- 36–50 miles: $75
- 51–75 miles: $125
- More than 75 miles: Travel review required
Extended Setup Access Fee
Normal ground-floor access, a working elevator or up to eight entry steps is included. The Extended Setup Access Fee applies only to genuinely difficult access. The host must disclose stairs, elevators, loading restrictions and the distance between parking and the setup area; undisclosed conditions may result in an additional fee or prevent safe installation of the Signature Machine.

- Difficult access: 9–15 steps or one full flight without an elevator — $35
- Two full flights without an elevator — $60
- Three or more flights — Administrative review required
- Long loading route, restricted loading or difficult parking — Administrative review required
