What ages are Plushie experiences appropriate for?

Plushie is designed for ages three and up, with adult supervision for younger participants. Small parts such as sound modules and scent chips are intended for older guests or supervised use.

Absolutely. Our styling stations, premium plush friends and boutique options are popular with teen celebrations, college events, adult parties and corporate groups.

What is the minimum participant count?

Every package begins with 12 participating guests.

Can I book an exact number such as 16 or 31?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Book any exact count from 12 to 300. A 16-participant booking is the 12-person package plus four individual guests. You can add up to 11 guests at the individual rate; adding 12 uses the package's 12-guest price automatically.

What happens if fewer guests attend?

Pricing is based on the number of Plushie experiences reserved, not final attendance. Unused plushies and applicable package materials will be provided to the host at the conclusion of the event.

How far does Plushie travel?

Accepted Answer

The first 20 one-way miles from our service base are included. Travel is then $45 for 21–35 miles, $75 for 36–50 miles and $125 for 51–75 miles. Beyond 75 miles we complete a short travel review before confirming.

Are stairs allowed?

Yes, within limits. Normal ground-floor access, a working elevator or up to eight entry steps is included. The $35 Extended Setup Access Fee applies only to genuinely difficult access such as nine to fifteen steps or one full flight without an elevator. Two full flights adds $60, and three or more requires administrative review.

How much space is required?

Mini Maker experiences need table space for each guest. Signature Machine experiences need roughly a 10-by-10-foot area for the machine plus styling tables and a clear path from parking to setup.

Does the Signature Machine require electricity?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Signature Machine requires a standard grounded outlet within reach of the setup area. Please confirm power availability in the venue-access questionnaire.

Can the experience be held outdoors?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with shade or cover, level ground and access to power. Outdoor events require a backup indoor plan in case of inclement weather.

Can guests select different plush friends?

Yes. Every participating guest selects their own plush friend from the options compatible with your package, subject to availability.

Final participant count, plush selections and personalization details lock 14 days before your event.

Can I add outfits, sounds or scents?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Outfits, premium outfit upgrades, shoes, sound modules, scent chips, bundles, custom printed T-shirts, themed boxes and added time are all available as add-ons, applied to all guests, a selected quantity or the guest of honor only.

What happens with unused plushies?

They belong to you. Unused plushies and applicable package materials are provided to the host at the conclusion of the event.

Can Plushie serve schools or corporate events?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We regularly host schools, childcare centers, camps, colleges, corporate family days, employee appreciation events, nonprofits and community festivals, with coordinated staffing and rotations.

How are events with more than 48 participants handled?

Accepted Answer

Groups above 48 participants complete a short event-planning section during booking. A Plushie Event Coordinator then confirms staffing, rotations and the final experience plan.

Can I book up to 300 participants online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Reservations up to 300 participants are accepted online. Groups of 145 or more are held with the status Pending Event Plan Approval while our team confirms the plan.
